This Privacy Policy applies to software, code, widget, web plugin, services associated with Assistive located at www.assistive.com.br, its subdomains and any associated web-based and mobile applications (collectively, “Assistive”) and which are owned by Assistive
We take great care to avoid storing information about our users, as your privacy is our priority.
Note: Assistive does not collect any personally identifiable information about end users (users who visit websites that host the Assistive accessibility plugin), such information is invisible to Assistive and therefore cannot be provided to third parties even under duress.
This section of our Privacy Policy tells you what information we use, collect or disclose to third parties. Assistive collects limited information about website owners and may, in uncertain situations and very selectively, disclose such information to third parties when absolutely necessary and as described in the Privacy Policy below.
This Privacy Policy addresses two types of information: (1) Personal Information; and (2) Anonymous Information.
Limited personal information (contact information) is collected during the process of ordering the solution, when requesting access to Assistive's APIs, or when paying for Assistive's services. This information may identify a website owner as an individual or company and may include first name, last name, email address and telephone number.
Assistive makes every effort to minimize the data it collects. Assistive collects website owners' contact information as follows: website owner's first name, last name and email address.
Assistive collects limited anonymous information as follows: operating system and version, browser and version, request source ip, metrics about the number of times the web plugin or its individual features were activated on a website. For websites that customize the widget's color, language, size, position, icon type, etc. Assistive also stores these web plugin UI (User Interface) preferences via cookies.
Note: Cookies are information stored on a user's device by the server of the website visited. And when you use our accessibility web plugin, a 'cookie' is placed in your browser.

Assistive is committed to ensuring that all information collected remains secure. Only Assistive's software and services are publicly accessible, no additional ports are opened in our system beyond what is required, and any information stored in our databases is not publicly accessible and exists only on our internal network.
